January: Started off 2016 with the most perfect pleated LBD.
I need more excuses to wear LBDs like this in the new year 😉
2016 sure has come and gone rather quickly…And while I’m not exactly sad to leave 2016 in the past, I am always sad at how fast time goes. What I would give to just slow it down a bit and travel to a few more places, spend a few more days with my friends and family, and just take spending the days taking everything in.
After all the excitement that happened in 2015, I wasn’t expecting much out of this year, but for 2017 my expectations are set and I’m ready to jump right into everything I want to do, the places I want to go and the things I want to accomplish.
I’m hoping for a big year and I hope you all are as well! Cheers!
February: I really wanted to hone in on my personal style this year…
this outfit is definitely one that helps define that.
March: Styling a dress over jeans is definitely something new for me.
Too be honest I was a bit skeptical, but this ended up being one of my favorite looks.
April: Brand and I went to Cozumel in April and it was such an amazing trip. Definitely a place I would go back to!
May: This floral number was by far my favorite dress of the year…
plus it has an open back and we all know how I feel about those.
June: Brand and I celebrated our One Year Anniversary this year.
I was able to repurpose the top part of my dress for a night out to celebrate.
July: All I think about when I see this is how hot is was during this time, but I do love a good matching set.
August: My first time working for a photographer. Definitely hoping for more of this in the New Year.
September: For some reason, I absolutely loved this shoot.
The distressed denim top is in constant rotation in my closet.
October: A nude, velvet body and distressed denim…need I say more? I’d live in this outfit if I could.
November: I looove a good slip dress and this little gold number is one my absolute favorites.
December: Definitely a different and much darker look for me, but it was fun to switch things up.
