U.S.A

4th

1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5

The 4th of July has always been one of my favorite holidays, especially when living in Michigan – nothing is better than laying in the sand on a beach and watching fireworks, but since moving to Arizona I haven’t really been able to recreate that feeling. Tempe Town Lake just doesn’t suffice as a substitute for Lake Michigan. This year we don’t really have plans for the 4th, but we are going to the baseball game on the 5th, which I am excited for. I love going to baseball games – I don’t necessarily love watching baseball, but I do love the atmosphere, so that combined with fireworks sounds like a pretty awesome night to me.

I’ve never really been one to dress up for holidays by way of themes, but this  year with going to the baseball game (can I still dress up even though the holiday was the day before?) I figured I might put a little theme-styled outfit together, mostly because I want  this shirt and when would be a better time to purchase it?

Celebrating Independence Day at a baseball game – does it get any more American than that?

I'm totally with ya as far as not loving to actually watch the game, but enjoying the atmosphere of a life sporting event. Of course, I love the look you put together too…especially the converse and the TB bag.
    Have fun at the game:)
